2. Made-to-Order Products

All Kawai Forge products are manufactured, assembled, or prepared after an order is placed. This means production begins specifically for your order rather than from pre-made inventory.

As a result:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • Products are created individually and may have slight variations that are part of the normal 3D printing process.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately.

However:

  • Slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

  • Minor layer lines, seams, or surface variations are a natural characteristic of 3D printed products.

  • Product dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

These characteristics are not considered defects.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or incorrect product information at any time.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Kawai Forge reserves the right to:

  • Decline or cancel orders suspected of fraud.

  • Cancel orders due to pricing or inventory errors.

  • Request additional verification before processing an order.

If an order is cancelled before production begins, any payment received will be refunded.

6. Production & Shipping

Since products are made to order, production times may vary depending on:

  • Material availability

  • Equipment maintenance

  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

As our products are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by customers

  • Personal preferences

  • Minor cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing

Returns or refunds will only be considered for products that arrive damaged or malfunctioning, subject to the requirements outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
