At Kawai Forge, every product is made especially for you. We are a small independent studio, and most of our products are manufactured, assembled, or prepared only after your order is placed. This allows us to keep our prices affordable while reducing unnecessary waste and inventory.

No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind

As all products are made on an order basis, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental orders

  • Ordering the wrong product or quantity

  • Personal preferences

  • Minor color or finish variations caused by the 3D printing process

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers after dispatch

Once production of your order has begun, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products

We understand that issues can occasionally occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or malfunctioning, we will gladly review your claim for a replacement or refund.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Record a continuous, uninterrupted video of the complete unboxing, starting before opening the sealed package.

  • Clearly show the shipping label, packaging, and the condition of the product in the same recording.

  • Contact us and submit the unboxing video along with your order number within 24 hours of the delivery time.

This requirement helps us verify that the damage or defect occurred before or during delivery and ensures that the evidence has not been altered or tampered with.

Claims Without Unboxing Proof

Unfortunately, we are unable to process claims for damaged, missing, or malfunctioning items if:

  • No unboxing video is provided.

  • The recording is incomplete, edited, paused, or interrupted.

  • The claim is submitted more than 24 hours after the package has been marked as delivered.

Assessment Process

Once we receive your claim, our team will review the provided evidence. If the claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full or partial refund where appropriate.

  • Your order number

  • The continuous unboxing video

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue
